During my childhood, as a participant, summer camps played a crucial role in defining my values and shaping my personality.Today, as an animator, I try to help children and young people in this process and make their camps as authentic and unforgettable as possible.In 2022 I started working as a coordinator, managing the team of animators, the client, the program and activities, the relationship with parents and partners, and, of course, ensuring the safety and happiness of the children. Such responsibilities require managing expectations and conflicts of both the pedagogical team and the participants, managing time and fatigue because you can never lack energy 24 hours a day!

I have represented different brands in direct contact with customers, usually introducing and raising awareness of new products. It requires adaptation to each client giving support and advising them during the purchase experience.

GRITAH (Humanitarian Intervention and Action Group), in its shortest definition, fights for Human Rights. It aims to build a school in Guinea-Bissau and, in order to move towards this goal and contribute to the community in which it operates, it develops local events.It was here that I learned to think global and act local. I have collaborated in organizing inexplicably gratifying events, working mostly with members 10 years older than me where my vision was always taken into account and valued. I have also had the opportunity to develop my public speaking skills as a presenter at events attended by over 1000 people. In 2020, due to COVID-19 and our will of not giving up, we held a live soiree of which I was the pivot.

Blu Solutions is a trader in the Steel Industry where I developed my autonomy and negotiation skills being responsible for the entire sales process, from market research to customer prospection, preparing and sending proposals and follow-ups. At the same time, I also managed the contact with suppliers.

Neroes is a start-up that developed a technological solution to train the brain and transform your sports abilities. That solution uses a wearable that reads brain waves which are fed into a videogame that potentiates the maximum performance.I was able to work directly with the CEO, assisting him with his most diverse day-to-day tasks at the company, from processing documents, managing partnerships to helping in recruitment processes.

Aveiro, Portugal

The Management Students Association of the Academic Association of the University of Aveiro (NEG-AAUAv) is the organization through which I committed myself to defend the interests of about 300 undergraduate and master students in Management. The NEG-AAUAv has challenged me in the most diverse ways, either in the organization and strategic definition of the events we propose to the students (pedagogical, cultural, academic and sports events), or in the formalization of contacts and partnerships. However, the greatest adventure is to lead a team of 14 elements all of them with different personalities, expectations and motivations. Despite a mandate marked by the covid-19 pandemic, we always tried to do our duty, having gone through a short but effective period of adaptation to our new reality.Above all, NEG-AAUAv has given me the possibility to put into practice, once again, what I consider the most beautiful verb: SERVE, serving the students.

I have worked with children from 3 to 8 years old teaching them ballet basics trying to develop in them also skills such as teamwork and creativity, for example. It is a job where I have given a lot of myself, but without a doubt, I get paid in triplicate, each class is a new lesson for me too once we can learn so much from the most authentic and genuine beings in the world: children!
