I am a Masters of Accountancy graduate from Utah State University who is passionate about principle-centered leadership, interpersonal communication, and helping others succeed. I am personable, hard-working and have persevered through multiple obstacles to complete my education. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting with minors in finance and management information systems (MIS). Organizational problem solving, research & analysis, and understanding each business are the main reasons I enjoy working in accounting. I have completed two internships at KPMG in audit and started there full time fall of 2022. I am also currently studying for the CPA exam. I have experience working for my family business assisting in their marketing and accounting over many years. I have gained real experience in public accounting and am able to grow in a company that I enjoy. As a professional I appreciate those interested in supporting individual growth, creating a highly collaborative environment, and clearly communicating expectations.I am a person who always wants to succeed in whatever I am doing. Through my experience, I’ve learned how to work with failure and limitations while still achieving my best. Likewise, I have come to love helping others to understand and succeed. I feel I have an ability to explain things so others can easily understand. Along with interpersonal skills, I am excellent at performing in-depth research for my job and school involvements and have experience in small business accounting and various data analytics software.
