Tasks include:- Facilitating the negotiation of contracts between show producers and JKB artists in order to create a pleasant environment for consumers and to ensure that the company stays afloat.- Writing contracts and ensuring communication between all parties is well articulated to proceed with the confirmation of dates- Meeting with clients (artists) to stay up-to-date and to follow their vision of what they perceive to be their most authentic form- Contributing to the creation of publishing opportunities for my clients to promote their work and to remunerate them and Groupe JKB's stakeholdersAchievements:- Discussing contracts of great importance with various Canadian artists- Participating in International conferences- Contributing to artists plans and career development procedures

Cirque Du Soleil Entertainment Group (CDSEG) formed a Task Force to tackle what the Live Entertainment industry could look like post-COVID-19.Task Included:- Co-lead, co-wrote and designed 4 research studies on the future of live entertainment in the current pandemic and post-pandemic era- Interacted and discussed with Cirque Du Soleil Entertainment Group's executives about their operations, innovation techniques and research- Facilitated conversations with individuals in both the academic and creative industries to ensure quality dataAchievements include:- Communicating and getting recognition from executives from Cirque Du Soleil Entertainment Group- Publishing findings with Future of Live Entertainment (FOL!E) at Ryerson University- Discussing with Jim Dator about his idea of the Four Futures"Live entertainment organizations will face a massive economic shock and likely restart operations in a landscape where at-home entertainment, which already represented a direct competitor in consumer behaviour, will have been a dominant means of coping through mobility restrictions. These impacts will not only be felt by front-line organizations but will also ripple through the supply chain of design, media, and equipment manufacturers. Through a series of four research sprints, FOL!E explores these scenarios to contribute to support decision-making processes and inform post-COVID strategies."
