• Developed Netsuite reports for better product management analysis, contributing to improved sales forecasting and item profitability.• Collaborated with the marketing team to evaluate the impact of marketing activities on sales, leading to data-driven decisions.• Created templates for product data import and price updates, significantly reducing manual data entry time.The evolution of my role came about when the then new General Manager recognised my analytical and reporting skills withing Netsuite, along with my customisations. A new supply chain manager was appointed so I could focus on these areas with much of my time, while still lending support to the supply chain team and general staff with systems training. I developed several Netsuite reports that would combine into a single Excel document via web query to allow for better analysis of product management, including sales forecasting, identifying items coming to the end of life, and ensuring item profitability was maximised. This allowed me to work closely with the marketing team to determine if sale of specific items had increased or decreased because of marketing activities and determined appropriate actions to inject new like or prepare for end-of-life processes.

• Oversaw the relocation of warehouse operations from Sydney to Melbourne, creating various Netsuite customizations for seamless data flow.• Implemented customer tracking notifications and standardized customer communications, enhancing operational efficiency.• Ensuring the business was ready to evolve from $2M annual turnover to the projected (and achieved) $15M in turnover currently, with the release of NDIS funding then on the horizon.I started at Vision Australia on a 3-month contract to oversee the relocation of their in-house warehouse operations based in Sydney to a 3PL managed operation in Melbourne. This involved me creating various Netsuite customisations on inventory and transaction records to enable dataflow to the warehouse systems to enable seamless creation of new items records, notification of goods inwards from supplier purchase orders, and order despatch notification upon order fulfillment.The emphatic success of the implementation resulted in a permanent position offer to get the business practices up to speed to ensure a projected revenue increase from $2M to $15M was achievable. As I continued my journey, I implemented customer tracking notifications, as well as creating uniformity in all customer communications, moving away from the out of the box Netsuite emails and templated into workflow/scripted solutions. I also automated the projected back in stock date for out-of-stock items, improved stock turn, minimised warehouse holding costs and as a result improved the customer journey because of my analysis and customisations.
