Project Managment of multiple concurrent residential subdivisions.- Project sizes raging from 20 lots to 200 lots, in various stages, managing all aspects from Development Approval to Subdivision Certificate and registration, including civil construction, demolition, drainage, WSUD calculations and implementation, services for Water, Sewer, Electricity, Telecommunications and Gas.- Tender scoping and packaging, evaluation and recommendations for contractor appointment.- Contract administration including budgets, programs, variations, EOT's, latent conditions, site inspections, contractor progress claims and client and contractor meetings.- Recent project experience also includes significant contamination remediation, vegetation rehabilitation, large scale landscaping, services lead ins for sewer and water. - Stakeholder management including consultation with indigenous land holder groups, liaising with RMS for intersection works, coordinating with authorities for final sign off, negotiating with neighbouring developers for access to facilitate servicing.- Key authority stakeholders include Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy, Councils, Jemena Gas and NBN.

My responsibilities includeo Manage multiple on-site subcontractors for earthworks, contaminated material disposal, soil remediation works, storm water piping, concrete works, fencing works, roadway works (concrete and asphalt) to ensure compliance with design, construction schedule, HSEQ and contract requirements, on both schedule of rates and lump sum contract works.o Coordinate independent geotechnical testing for contaminated soil classification and regulated disposal to meet project statutory and licencing requirements.o Detailed review of subcontract progress claims to ensure accurate payment based on progress, outstanding quality and documentation compliance issues.o Liaise with clients and external stakeholders including local councils, private certifiers and government utility supply authorities to manage expectations, clarify scope including value engineering where appropriate and achieve agreement on project requirements and in compliance with approval conditions.o Prepare sub contract tender packages to obtain pricing for projects during the pre contracts and post contract award stages, including technical and commercial review of sub contract tender submissions to ensure compliance with scoping documents and highlight any associated risks.o Lead a team of multi discipline engineers and draftsman to achieve contract design requirements in a timely and cost efficient manner, including regular progress and forecast reports to management.o Prepare detailed design fee estimates and schedules including deliverables lists and specialist sub contractor inputs including geotechnical briefing and survey briefing. Coordinate sub contractor designs and consultant investigation and reports for design.o Manage all civil and structural design and drafting activities for major projects including earthworks, drainage, concrete foundation and structural works, structural steel design, on site road design, external specialist consultant design teams.
