Responsible for management of the Central Coast Project Services section consisting of eight project managers, four surveillance officers, site management services contractors and contract project managers. The section was responsible for the delivery of all major state road upgrades on the Central Coast from development of the detailed design and construction documents through to the contract administration and site supervision of construction contracts.Liaison with internal RTA Client representatives, community members, utility authorities, RTA Asset, RTA Development and RTA Traffic and Safety sections.Responsible for and personally involved with driving risk management, review of design documentation, project estimates, project forecast and expenditure, community consultation, political responses/media briefings, contract administration of design contracts and construction contracts, for the following projects/contracts:Central Coast Highway Stage 1 and 2, Carlton Road to Ocean View Drive, Erina Heights/Wamberal ($160M), 4.4km duplication.Avoca Drive Upgrade – Central Coast Highway to Sun Valley Road, Green Point ($8.5M), 0.7km duplication.Avoca Drive Upgrade – Sun Valley Road Bayside Drive, Green Point ($40M), 1.7km duplication.Pacific Highway Upgrade Tuggerah Stage 1 and 2 ($42M), 2.2km duplication from Tuggerah to Wyong.Dane Drive/Masons Parade Intersection Upgrade, Gosford ($6.6M).Central Coast Highway Upgrade, Ocean View Drive to Tumbi Road, Wamberal, ($40M), 1.2km duplication.Pacific Highway Upgrade Ourimbah Stage 1 and 2 ($67M), 2km duplication from Ourimbah to the F3.Central Coast Highway Upgrade, Narrawa Avenue to Carlton Road, Erina ($15M). 0.8km duplication.Intersection Upgrade, Central Coast Highway and Terrigal Drive, Erina ($10M) conversion of two lane roundabout to signalised intersection.

Responsible for managing preparation of design documentation of civil infrastructure for land development projects: Liberty Grove, Homebush – design manager for design documentation of civil works site works for a 12Ha mixed density residential development fronting Homebush Bay Drive. Design documentation for all internal roads and stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks and intersection works for the estate access off Homebush Bay Drive.Multiplex - Crossroads Industrial Estate at Casula. Infrastructure design manager for 30Ha industrial estate bounded by Camden Valley Way, Campbelltown Road and the M5. Walker Corporation Rhodes – mixed commercial/residential/retail development at Rhodes.Responsible in the initial stages of this project for managing the planning and design of civil and utility infrastructure design. M5 East Motorway At Grade Works - Manager for completion of design documentation for western above grade section of the M5 East Motorway as the design and construct consultant to Baulderstone Hornibrook. Castle Hill Ring Road (Pennant Street), Castle Hill Road to Castle Street, Castle Hill, Lend Lease – Design management and documentation of civil infrastructure for 0.8km of dual carriageway urban road. The road was funded and built for Baulkham Hills Council under a developer contribution plan as part of the re-development of Castle Towers Shopping Centre. The design was subject to RTA and Council approval.
