● Master Thesis: 「Cross-Silo Federated Learning System for Two-Stage Lung Nodule Detection」- Established a federated learning system for pulmonary nodule detection in three cooperative hospitals, and implemented two-stage deep learning model parameter aggregation algorithms to analyze and compare model accuracy.- Effect: FL global model accuracy is very close to the centralized training model accuracy -> 0.5% accuracy difference● Project Experience:- Lung Nodule Detection based on Federated Learning: (1) Implement model parameters aggregation in FedAvg and FedProx algorithm. (2) Model accuracy analysis of different aggregation algorithms. (3) System architecture and data flow design. (4) System features integration (5) Project management (6) As a project leader.- Human pose tracking and skeleton detection based on cloud computing: (1) Implement Restful API with Python Flask.
