I am a law Bachelor, specialising in International Environmental Law and Sustainable Development. My undergraduate experience connected me with my aspiration to carry out research and study International Law, mainly due to my dual degree from the University of São Paulo and University Lumière Lyon 2.With a strong foundation in governance, compliance, and law, I am passionate about helping organisations navigate regulatory challenges, enhance efficiency, and promote ethical practices. As a result, my experience in Governance and Compliance has allowed me to learn from multiple sectors.I specialise in creating and implementing governance frameworks that drive organizational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. Currently serving as Governance Manager at CitySprint UK, part of the Geopost Group, I lead projects that span policy development, process optimization, and regulatory compliance with a strong emphasis on Ethical practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).In my current role, I have successfully launched key initiatives, disseminating Governance culture within CitySprint and ensuring easy access to essential company policies and procedures. My background includes oversight of governance-related reports and audits for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and accreditations. I regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance officers and IT security consultants, to meet audit and certification requirements.Furthermore, I have supported various CSR initiatives, from carbon reporting to charity activities, which align with my interest in sustainability and social impact.As for my former professional experience, I have 7 years of professional experience in private and public law, dealing with judicial and administrative procedures, and providing consulting to clients from different sectors.
