As an eLearning developer, the dynamic, ever-changing world of eLearning has become a dedicated passion of mine over the past 20 years. I have watched the evolution of eLearning develop from information-driven Flash animation to more dynamic video training driven by story-based and mobile learning. I began my career as a Flash animator and team lead for a market leader in the eLearning industry. I spent 5 years developing my animation skills and was promoted to team lead where I lead a team of 4 designers on over 50 projects, including localizing many key projects into 8 different languages. I continued my career path as a co-owner of a top-tier eLearning company, Cine Learning Productions. Together with my partner, we built our business providing superior story-based eLearning solutions to our clients. As the Chief Creative Officer of the company, I was responsible for all creative designs for each project including templates, graphic choices, and video standards. I was responsible for maintaining all client-design specifications, contractor management, and overall deliverables to the clients.With the ever-changing needs of our clients and technology, we found it imperative to move from Flash training to Articulate Storyline. This required extensive training to become a Storyline expert and provide a new set of process standards to continue to provide best in class training.As story-based scenario learning continued to be the standard for most clients, creation of videos became an important facet to my responsibilities. This required me to learn new skills in video production including being a set producer, learning about gaffing, video editing, and collaboration with multiple video professionals.Now, as the sole owner of Matrix Animation, I continue to provide best in class eLearning training to all my clients, utilizing all of my skills in customer relations, project management, leadership, and creative development.
