Responsible for the continuous improvement of individual and team productivity within the Buffalo factory. Responsible to establish repeatable processes, to develop systems, to engage or train management on the same, assure linkage between SRUSA’s visual work instructions (best method) and the achievement of productivity goals, to foster, sometimes lead, kaizen teams that are focused on needed productivity improvements, and to benchmark Buffalo’s productivity against other SRI factories and world class competition (using this information to improve the performance of individuals and the factory as a whole).

Responsible for the administration, development, implementation, and coordination of approved policies and programs at the Buffalo plant involving Union and Salaried Employee Relations, Employment, Safety, Recreation, Plant Protection, First Aid and Training.
