Began working with sales and helped out developing a new to-be Knowit Company, specialized in Weblogic and EJB. Was responsible for coaching the companys personnel regarding the development of the employees competence and expertise. During these years I mostly worked on assignments for customers like Ericsson, Läkemedelsstatistik/FASS and Wallenius-Wilhelmsen.During the early years I also was responsible for coaching my colleagues, helping them developing their competence in a direction that suited both them and our company.For a period I was "acting" VP for a company we began to form, specializing in object oriented design and development.

This job was a very nice hobby, on spare time. I wrote articles about competition shooting, IPSC. The articles describe how to learn to shoot it, how to compete in dynamic shooting (IPSC). I also reviewed handguns and rifles, mostly for competition shooting but also for hunting. I illustrated these articles, taking both sports action-photos and detailed studio-photos.
