Daniel is leading a project with the scope to cyber secure an automation platform to reach IEC 62443-3 SL22020-2023 Daniel was supporting in the global rollout of a new digital platform for a global manufacturing company. His role is as a global project manager to prepare the global template to seamlessly align with needed changes for the organization that is coming into this new platform.2019 Project support with SOD in SAP. Daniel successfully supported with analysis of user set up in SAP to comply with SOD regulations.

In this role Daniel was responsible for a newly created department in the company. Daniel managed over the 4 years that he had the role to quadruple the budget and increase the size of the organization from 1 to 9. The department today have a global strategic responsibility for master data governance and trade compliance. Over these years Daniel has successfully promoted the importance of correct data to achieve effective processes and system implementations. The business rules that he has documented with business is the first steps towards AI and machine learning.

My mission is to secure the quality of pricing of spare parts and make sure that price levels are in line with markets globally.In my role I work with analyzing and setting price structures and levels and also support Customer Centers globally with price analysis and training.

Under min tid som produktionstekniker har jag bland annat arbetat med att omvandla en LMKII riggar från projektbaserad produktion till serie produktion. Förutom att hitta sätt att kapa ledtider genom t ex parallell montering och monteringslagrat material tog jag även över produktionsplaneringen för den aktuella riggmodellen från projekt fasen tills den gick in i serie produktion.
