Originally recruited to a developer position I started working at Telavox in 2013. Working on several applications using a multitude of languages, libraries, tools and environments such as Java, Python, Go, Graphite, StatsD, MySQL, Jenkins, Hazelcast, beanstalkd, django, Debian, virtualization, Angular, Ansible, CFEngine and so on.I quickly leaned towards a role where I worked cross-applications and cross-platform. Using a full-stack approach to identify opportunities and solve problems across the board. I worked actively to spread knowledge and information between developers and to de-mystify complex systems.When I started here I was the 10th developer. Now we're approaching almost 60 people at our DevOps department. Being a part of the onboarding and recruitment procedures has taught me many things about what is important for both developers and the company.Currently I'm head of the Engineering Effectiveness team. We look at our systems from a birds eye perspective. Working to spread knowledge, information and to inspire, challenge and empower developers. We manage many of our common resources such as databases, monitoring, infrastructure, hardware, network. Continuously and tirelessly we try to act as an advisory part to our developers, but when necessary we step in with hard requirements.

After Purple Scout AB acquried Tibet Server AB in 2012 I took the role as Product Owner for the Tibet Server product.I continued working as a developer of the Tibet Server CMS but also took over all technical planning, product architecture, server infrastructure and development methods. During this time we introduced a whole new level och configuration management for both the product, and for our client adapted sites.
