I am a senior Telecoms/Technology executive with 30 years’ proven experience in the telecoms industry and leading in C-Level roles both from the telecom industry, but also from Big 4 Strategic Consultancy firms, after senior roles as Global Vice President, Global Head of Radio Access Solutions & Network Equipment Services (Netco Asset Management) at Teleplan International, as well as Head of Telecom/Technology for a large Private Equity company (Investor Growth Capital) managing all telecom tech portfolio companies acceleration for growth and consolidation. I was the head of Business Development at ZTE Corporation for Northern Europe, and before that, Corporate Director/Head of Corporate Strategy at Ericsson and previously at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance. At Ericsson, I spearheaded the development of group strategy and corporate business development throughout the global organization which included the origination and driving of M&A transactions and spinouts as well as strategic and operational leadership as head of Ericsson Tiger Team on all global 3G Wireless Bids and turnkey offering (17 networks bids and rollouts of network infrastructure). As Head of Business Development for ZTE Northern Europe, I successfully developed the operations in Europe from scratch, led telecoms professionals and created an execution team to support rollouts and led the complete wireless turnkey systems for GSM/3G/WIMAX, CPEs, IMS and NGN solutions for Millicom, China Mobile and Telenor. My skills include overall commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility, international sales & BD, the development & implementation of corporate strategy, corporate finance & venture capital, staff leadership/development, process and establishment set-up, governance, new product development and financials. I am a highly engaged international tech leader with an engaging and consultative management style who is able to motivate teams and act as a catalyst for change and growth in business units and drive profitable growth.
