• In addition to previous role, manage the design engineering and quality departments.• Concurrently manage the Scott Mixers' company departments.

• Supervise engineering activities, review orders, prioritize jobs, and schedule team workload.• Lead engineering design for projects of varying size and complexity.• Review and interpret specifications and codes for project and regulatory compliance.• Develop and implement project plans and procedures to meet technical goals and objectives.• Perform and evaluate structural and other engineering calculations and analysis for equipment design.• Develop new calculation programs as required for special designs. Assist others in department or company with calculations as needed.• Create sales drawings for customers, design layouts for engineering, and fabrication drawings for shop.• Prepare equipment bills of materials (BOMs) and integrate into company system.• Provide or oversee equipment and part inspections to ensure quality control.• Assist in quoting and/or processing equipment parts orders.• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and company departments.• Support all departments to bring equipment and components from quote thru production lifecycle. • Work with domestic and international contractors and engineers to achieve equipment designs that meet the customer’s requirements.• Travel domestically and internationally for field support and technical negotiations.• Manage special projects, including research, design, development, and lab testing of new products.

• Manage the design engineering and quality departments for Scott Mixers concurrently with Sharpe Mixers.
