Responsible for scheduling and time management. This includes prioritising time based on different factors, such as project length, urgency, importance, procedure and ROI.Providing the development team with tailormade quotes to meet set budgets briefed by the client.Finance monitoring across projects, delegating tasks to the production management team, using oversight and interrogation to ensure all figures are accurate and processed effectively.Monitoring payment schedules and processing invoices, ensuring prompt cashflow for the business.Working with the other HODs to create an aligned strategy for the PMO arm of the business.
