Central England

Multi site management across Central England, leading and managing up to 15 store locations at a time. Establishing and finding new locations. People management, budget management developing and recruiting teams. In addition, to assessing standards and performance of shop managers and there teams.

Managing up to 90 staffs absence, performance, and standards, on different departments which ranged from non-food, customer service, counters (deli, buthchers, fish monger.) and fresh food, plus managing department KPIs. Supporting in refits and relocation/ close down of stores. I also went through Tescos intensive manager development training.
