I fell into the industry by way of a happy accident when a temp job in music PR evolved into a full-time role running websites and social media accounts (remember MySpace?) for music industry clients. After a decade of working for various marketing agencies, most recently as an Account Director at an inbound marketing agency, I started my own business in 2019 and Bound Digital Ltd. was born.My reasons for going self-employed were two-fold:On a personal level, I was stuck in a rut and craving a new challenge. I wanted more flexibility that allowed me to put my health and family first. On a professional level, I wanted to create a consultancy-led business that aligns with my core values; creativity, honesty, and relationships. In an industry often associated with dark arts, algorithm-chasing, and technical jargon, I'm passionate about making SEO transparent, sustainable, and easy to understand. I make SEO simple. Outside of work, I’m kept busy being a dad to my two young daughters. I love being outdoors and recently completed my first solo bikepacking trip along the Norfolk and Suffolk coast… a warm-up for bigger adventures in the future.
