Matt is a senior-level executive, experienced in Design and Construction Project Management of Domestic and International Corporate Interior Projects.A proven team leader with nearly 30 years of experience, Matt is expert in driving excellence through process management of cross-functional teams on multiple complex projects from Strategic Development through Inception and Close-out.As a New York State Licensed Architect, Matt began his career as a Project Manager for some of the highest-ranked Architecture & Interior Design firms in New York City. Matt eventually moved into Corporate Real Estate at Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and Bridgewater Associates. At Bridgewater, Matt was a Senior Program Manager leading a team responsible for managing multiple projects through a period of unprecedented growth for the world’s largest hedge fund. He later joined the CBRE Team at Morgan Stanley in 2015 where he successfully managed the delivery of many key initiatives, including a series of projects aimed at converting the Morgan Stanley workplace into one that fosters team-based problem solving through innovation and collaboration. Matt then went on to direct a project management team in the delivery of the New York Headquarters for Salesforce, a dynamic global technology firm that is at the cutting edge of workplace design and innovation. Matt is currently engaged as the Project Management Lead at Macquarie, where he heads the project delivery team throughout the Americas region.
