The Digitization Change Management Specialist will support and lead the delivery of Change Management plans and activity across digital projects. Initially, this role will focus on supporting the serialization project roll out across North America. Current and future digital developments are in scope for this role. The Digitization Change Management Specialist is responsible for quality delivery of Change Management plans, deliverables, and activities across North America, with a particular focus in Plants.

Full responsibility and accountability for managing plant operations in a defined territory. Consultwith third party providers on all pertinent operational issues critical to running daily operationsincluding: safety, quality, receiving, inspecting, repairing inventory, shipping, and operational costaccountability. Partner with third party providers to create a Quality Management System (QMS)within their service center and identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement.

I am in charge of all new truck sales in Waukesha/Jefferson county. New trucks include Mack, Volvo, and Hino. I am a part of building a relationship with all customers to ensure their buying experience is enjoyable and easy.

Provide individual instruction and workout schedules for youth and adults starting a sports / fitness regimen.

Assisted with planning, management, and logistics of numerous campus sporting events and fundraisers. Recruited, scheduled, and directed student volunteer teams of up to 50. Provided marketing and public relations support, leveraging Facebook and Twitter to promote events. Assisted with content management of athletic-dedicated website.Led efforts that raised $1000 for General Scholarship Fund via Brewers tailgate event; coordinated ticket purchasing program with Milwaukee Brewers and managed transportation logistics.

Promoted to lead team of student ambassadors in providing group tours of the campus. Utilized marketing strategies in promoting college’s benefits and services to prospective students and their families. Trained / mentored new student employees.
