☑ As a Services Account Executive (SAE) for the Dell Technology portfolio, I focused on identifying and collaborating with customers and partners to design outcome-based solutions. My primary responsibilities included driving quarterly and yearly sales growth for professional consulting services, including Consulting, Deployment, Managed Services, and Education, within a designated region and customer territory. I built strong relationships with both core and specialty Account Executives to accelerate and expand business opportunities in professional services. This role encompassed the entire Dell Technologies portfolio of hardware and software solutions, showcasing my strengths as both a high-impact individual contributor and a collaborative team player.☑ Dell Services Account Executive of the Year in 2019 - Top Attainment across entire team☑ As a Direct SAE, held multiple private & public commercial and enterprise territories from coast to coast, including Major Public Accounts (MPA) that covered Canadian healthcare customers, municipal/provincial government accounts, higher education (colleges/universities) & K-12.☑ As a Channel SAE, was assigned to the largest Dell channel in Canada (Softchoice, CDW, Deloitte, Accenture). This role was the same from a Services sales perspective but via selling, educating, programmatically facilitating campaigns for the partner community to resell more Dell services within their customer territories.☑ These end-user customers were across all districts, federal, retail, banking, public, insurance, healthcare, etc. (small, medium and enterprise size headcounts) (Jan 2018 - Jan 2022)☑ In February of 2022 reverted back to a Direct SAE (still heavily involved with channel) for the complete Dell Canada Federal business. (Shared services, DND, crown corporations.)
