Program Managers are responsible for building a network of individuals from top companies to allow collaboration in driving personal and corporate performance. They are also responsible for selling sponsorship packages that underwrite the conference.Critical skills in this position include business to business sales experience, public speaking, and collaboration across internal and external teams

• Responsible for cost center staffing, including recruiting/identifying talent, interviewing and selecting the team• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and recommends products and services to help the client achieve their financial goals• Grow the business through tactics – Retention, Expansion and Acquisition• Execute a consistent disciplined coaching and performance management process providing training and recognizing/rewarding high performers
