Accountable for establishing and leading the enterprise (core) data product organization which provides product management and delivery services for multiple data engineering teams and initiatives.Services provided include:• Data Product Strategy• Data Product Expertise & Consultation• Portfolio and Program Management• Agile Coaching, Scum Master & Requirements Management Services

Accountable for the data engineering teams focused on the development and operational support of enterprise data assets used for operational and analytical purposes. This included the full delivery lifecycle for a platform of assets that included:• 45+ data repositories• Data ingestion from 125+ upstream data sources• Data integration to 200+ downstream data sources and systems• Data usage by 200+ business intelligence (BI) and analytic end-users

Accountable for the delivery of a $20M+ multi-year program to modernize Northwestern Mutual's Information and Infrastructure technology.

Facilitated NM leadership and advisor working groups to develop a technology platform vision that supported “delivering financial security within a planning process”. This included leading the effort to determine a platform replacement for Oracle’s Siebel CRM product (Microsoft CRM)

Accountable for leading inter-departmental teams responsible for the strategy, execution and communication of Northwestern Mutual's IT Application Architecture vision and technology standards.This includes: ○ Business Process Management (BPM) ○ Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) ○ Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Tooling ○ Business Rules Management ○ Integration and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Platforms ○ Application Languages and Frameworks ○ Presentation Layer Technologies including Portal Platforms ○ Cloud Computing - Platform as a Service (PaaS)
