Matt brings a wealth of commercial real estate industry expertise to the management of the firm and his brokerage work with high net worth individuals, real estate funds and family offices. NavPoint has completed 1.3 billion dollars in transactions under Matt’s leadership, prior to founding NavPoint in 2011 Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate services for a boutique firm servicing Colorado, he also spent time as a member of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams at CBRE in Denver. Matt has extensive experience in all Investment property types including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, and Golf Course Assets. Matt currently directs the sales and leasing of over 2,000,000 SF of commercial real estate at NavPoint Real Estate Group. Matt is a fourth generation Colorado native having attended the University of Colorado in Boulder on a golf scholarship where he was a team captain in both his Junior and Senior years. Matt is a two time Colorado State Amateur Golf Champion (’98, ’00) having also played in two Major Championships, a US Open and a PGA Championship. Matt is a strong proponent of community involvement and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Member of the Board of Directors for Arma Dei Academy, Member of the Board of Advisors for ACE Scholarships, and Member of the Board for Village South Africa. Matt makes his home in Douglas County with his wife and three daughters where they enjoy everything that is Colorado together!Matt is also the Co-Founder of Dormie Capital Partners a diversified Real Estate Investment company. The Principals of Dormie Capital have completed numerous deals in every major commercial property type over the past 30 years.
