I became an area leader around May of 2021, I was promoted from a cnc operator. I am in charge of a two cell area. We have two cnc machines that produce two different products at the same time. I am in charge of seven people, four assemblers, one chop saw operator and one cnc operator. My job is to make sure the area operates as smoothly and effectively as.

I had to read blueprints and weld all component parts to make desired part. I had to be able to set welders up for the part I was making and also know when weld tips needed to be changed to ensure quality welds.
