As an SAP Solutions Architect at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, I specialize in modeling and detailing various products across different plants, and creating models using Solution Sales Configuration. I collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and production to ensure that all product and system configuration requirements are addressed.Prior to this, I worked as a Product Manager at Johnson Controls, where I maintained commercial and residential product data for customer-facing portals. I also assisted the engineering team in data loads for commercial rating plates and implemented new processes to streamline data loads to minimize errors. As a Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner, I created user stories and bugs following a Scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodology in Microsoft DevOps, participated in SAFe Agile ceremonies, and worked with senior IT and business leadership to gather requirements needed for the sales and support teams.My experience also includes working as a Data Analyst at Johnson Controls, where I communicated with product management about new product release information, supported sales tools used by customers, and managed online residential selection tools. Within this role, I acquired knowledge of Ducted Systems offerings catalog, price pages, and technical guides. I also worked closely with DBA's for database design and maintenance where I learned how to use SQL to write various queries to aid in information retrieval. Additionally, I have experience in creating Excel formulas to assist with information formatting used for database imports.Before joining the corporate world, I worked as an Information Technology Administrator/Manager at Andy Alligator’s Fun Park and Water Park, where I handled various tasks such as repairing IT-related issues, managing cash and staff, along with maintenance and system updates for computers, servers, firewalls, and point of sale systems. As a Crew Leader/Game Tech, I maintained the arcade and ride operations within the facility and monitored/ repaired over 50 arcade games.I hold certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Certified SAFe 6 Practitioner and Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.
