• Led a large-scale global Talent Acquisition team of technical and non-technical Recruiters, Managers, Directors, and Talent Brand Marketing professionals supporting SVB’s operations around the world. • Responsible for driving strategic relationships with the CIO, CTO, CISO, COO, and President of SVB supporting Technology and Engineering, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, Product, Operations, and Commercial Bank using metrics and reporting to tell a story and influence change.• Grew the Technology organization 70% over a 2-year period by revamping the recruiting process from beginning to end and introducing Agile methodologies to Technology’s overall approach to Talent Acquisition. • Leveraged multiple diversity partnerships internally and externally to achieve SVB OKRs; increased representation across talent pools from 32% to 68% in 2022. • Collaborated with SVB’s C-suite to lead domestic and international searches for the Technology, Data Analytics, Product, Risk and Commercial Banking, organizations.• Key member of a cross-functional group tasked with memorializing SVB’s Employee Value Proposition. Incorporated EVP into multiple Glassdoor and LinkedIn marketing campaigns that led to an uptick in social media sourced hires and an increase in SVB’s Glassdoor rating from 3.4 to a current rating of 4.2.

• Led a team of on-site and remote Managers and Individual Contributors located in the United States, India, and the United Kingdom that supported Technology, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Client Services, and Commercial Banking.• Key member of the New Office Project Team created to open global offices in new jurisdictions; partnering with internal and external Counsel, Compensation, Benefits, HRBP’s, People Ops, and the Business to launch 10 offices in eight countries: UK, India, China, Hong Kong, Canada, Denmark, Germany, and Israel. • Streamlined talent acquisitions processes, removed operational roadblocks, and identified and promoted strategies and behaviors to achieve enterprise and business line OKRs. • Implemented HackerRank and HireVue platforms to enhance recruitment processes and streamline assessments for both engineering and non-engineering roles, resulting in increased efficiency and improved candidate selection.• Launched a Talent Journey project to map SVB’s hiring journey and understand the moments that matter to candidates, uncover blind spots, implicit bias, and areas of inclusion or exclusion for potential hires and candidates throughout the journey – from discovery to offer. • Learning from the Talent Journey work, launched the revamp of SVB’s external career site, aligning to our focus on DE&I and representation, our values, our brand, and our global reach. The career site is the #1 visited page on svb.com.• Redesigned Talent Acquisition’s internal Jobs & Hiring SharePoint site to provide resources and digital training to recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to enable them to hire and support an equitable and diverse workforce.

• With the introduction of the UK’s Senior Manager & Certification Regine (SM&CR), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Guaranteed Variable Remuneration Code (GVR), coordinated with Staffing Ops, UK Compliance, and HR colleagues to create scalable, repeatable, documented processes to support Europe’s legal and regulatory financial services standards.• Implemented Textio, an application built to reduce gender bias and optimize job postings and candidate outreach with inclusive, on-brand language.

• Originated and executed a University Relations Program (early careers and internships) to support SVB’s Commercial Bank and enterprise-wide internships, focusing on building diverse candidate pipelines and programs that enhanced organizational, community, and university relationships.

• Responsible for developing and driving the recruiting strategy to support professional and senior level talent needs across all US geographies.

• Joined SVB when we were 700 employees. We opporated as a startup and I had to be scrappy - using grit and guile to get things done, which has been the hallmark of my approach as I progressed in my career at SVB.

• Developed and implemented an internship and college program for Kaiser Permanente’s Information Technology organization.
