Coming up on 10 years in the IT field, I have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in almost every industry. Working my way from an entry-level technician to Technical Consultant at Greystone Technology, a dynamo MSP in the Denver-area, I gained tremendous hands-on experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Food Service, Software Development, Legal, Marketing, Financial, and other industries. This wide array of technological scenarios allowed me to quickly develop my skillset and move into a management position at Maxwell Financial Labs. At Maxwell I was brought on to create an IT department from the ground-up. Over the past three years I have implemented policy, structure, solutions, and results that have helped support growth from roughly 50 employees in 2019, to nearly 400 employees just two years later. Now facing a new challenge with the dip in the housing market, I am enjoying the opportunity to find new ways of creating efficiency and ensuring continued white-glove treatment, while staying vigilant of the bottom line. With endless growth potential and rapidly changing workplace demands, I love that I get to help support Maxwell in our goal to leverage cutting-edge technology to give local lenders a permanent, disruptive financial advantage in a wildly competitive market.
