Responsibilities include managing all plant activity from raw materials procurement, coordination with sales team, production planning, packaging, shipping and distribution, R&D, and quality control.• Continue to grow production volume by %25 annually simultaneously streamlining procedures to minimize labor expenditure.• Proactive to maintain manufacturing safety standards to meet all FDA and MDHMH requirements along with development, implementation, and team training of GMP’s, HACCP, Sanitation Program and Quality Control Procedures.• Responsible for facilitating, overseeing, and completing all state and federal regulatory equipment certification and facility inspections.• Consistently improving product and team member quality to meet the highest of manufacturing quality standards, receiving 60 national and international awards for product excellence.• Performing monthly and annual production performance reviews including inventory calculation, production process forecast, individual product sales velocity forecast, and operating budget forecasts.• Developing and maintaining raw milk supply relationships with local producers, evaluating past years performance, negotiating milk price, forecasting the next production years demand, and coordinating strategic breeding stagger to provide steady raw milk supply to reduce excess inventory production.• Forecasting and scheduling of all whey utilization and removal. • Oversee and facilitate all repair, and maintenance of current production equipment and retail operations and its grounds.• Designed and managed construction and relocation project of entire facility to its current location while simultaneously maintaining continued growth and production of previous production facility.
