My role is to lead and shape innovative solutions for the delivery of visitor information in Manchester , with a focus on leading the development of digital visitor information systems, networks and solutions for Manchester and identifying and acting upon development opportunities and drive forward visitor information service related initiatives. I manage external relationships and partnerships with stakeholders including VisitEngland and in particular the working relationship with TfGM. I also have responsibility for the management of the visitor centre including staff and budget.
