Been working in IT or related fields for over 25 years now. Current day to day tasks include working with SQL (admin and queries), systems administration, project management and supervising customer service / support for a management software company in the self storage industry. I am point contact for API's / integrations, new clients, and conversions as well as supervisor contact for any escalations. I have experience communicating with partner companies (security systems, web dev, credit card processing), representing both our clients interests and protecting / emphasizing our company stance and policies. It is quite common to be a part of the process from design, build, implementation, deployment, modification of process finally and documentation for both human and software related tasks.I also build, support and maintain LANs, experience with servers (Windows based), routers, desktop / laptops. I also have a number of private clients in non-related fields for freelance tech-related work.
