A year long commercial placement within National Express West Midlands working within the Commercial team but also working to obtain a PCV licence along with other relevant skills and experience. This employment continued on a part time basis throughout my final year of study at University

Paid position as part of a team of students from across the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences working to improve student experience across the school and to ensure that all the content on BlackBoard, the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is present and meets the College’s specification and requirements. My role involves liaising with all stakeholders across the College to ensure the work of the College is streamlined for both academic staff and students alike.

Stourbridge

Delivering around 200 free weekly newspapers on a round in Stourbridge, allowing me to build connections with those in my community and provide a valuable service particularly for elderly residents for whom receiving the newspaper prevents isolation and also gives them the opportunity for a brief social encounter
