Project management of the Audio Visual and Networking components within major capital works projects. The role is a hybrid of project management and Technology Business Partner, being the conduit for Deakin's Infrastructure Property Group into Digital Services. I provide advice and guidance to the projects, ensuring adherence to Deakin Digital Services Standards, delivering solutions which provide the best outcome and value for the University and stake holders. I manage virtual teams of internal and external resources to deliver the agreed solutions within the overall construction program and budget.

Project Management of the Converged AV project delivering a world leading net-centric Audio Visual solution to RMIT's Melbourne campuses. This was a multi-faceted project heavily reliant on Network Infrastructure, AV Technology and external partners working together to create the solution. The central deliverables included the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide scalable multicast network solution, design of server based audio processing and AV room control as well as development of all associated deployment processes and training. In this role I was responsible for managing multiple concurrent AV Minor Works projects.

As Deployment Coordinator I was involved in the full lifecycle of the SOE Deployment project. The project called for a high touch, user focused deployment of a MS Vista/Office 2007 platform to Chevron’s Australian Business Unit. This deployment was undertaken at multiple sites throughout Western Australia including production oil and gas facilities.
