Job duties: supervising a 24/7 production plant, lead skilled operators and develop them to better understand the processes and procedures,cross-train operators to increase their value to the organization, reinforce a safe-work environment, coordinate with supply chain to schedule efficient production plans, coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability/business continuity, coordinate with engineering to execute CapEx projects, provide technical support for commercial related issues, implement process improvements through our Continuous Improvement Pipeline, Lean manufacturing practices, activity-based costing, create and amend BoMs for new and existing products, reduce environmental footprint, use SAP to monitor operational activities, data generation for KPIs, monitor monthly maintenance costs, Best Practice Sharing, ISO 9001, cGMP, and RC 14001 working environment.

Job duties: coordinate with sales and marketing for new product development opportunities, new product introduction, troubleshoot production issues, provide commercial and technical support, improve efficiency in production processes, coordinate with production to scale-up alternate chemical processes, guide and monitor external toll processing, establish second suppliers for raw materials, and waste water reduction assignments.
