Epic certified in Professional Billing w/ Single Billing Office. Take the lead in the development and implementation of the learning program for Professional Billing. I work closely with the Application Coordinators and operational partners during design, build, and validation as business analysts and workflow specialist to identify and develop the needed team member training. The position also has a responsibility for building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, developing and maintaining training materials, and leading all aspects of the credentialing program.
