My current job list includes:-120 bed hotel Holiday Inn Express for Zeal Projects (Bridgwater). Planning Consent 2015.-New Build private residential scheme, south London. 7 Units. Tender-62 mixed tenure flats in north London for Notting Hill Housing Group-Permitted Development conversionsConversion and restoration of Selected Completed Projects:-Whitechapel Student Accommodation (Magenta House), 181 rooms-Canning Point, Harrow, London. Mixed tenure housing for One Housing Group. 51 flats.-Strawbridge Court, West Green Road, London, mixed tenure residential with retail at ground level for Notting Hill Housing. 42 Flats.-Colchester, Conversion and restoration of 3 storey Victorian high street building into office and private residential above a ground floor retail unit-Bridewell House, Reading. 141 student accommodation studios with ancillary facilities and ground level retail. Part conversion and part new build for Capitalise Assets.

Architectural Assistant/Project Leader. I managed up to 4 staff members on various projects and worked closely with higher management and Directors. During my time at RSA I worked on two projects - Hersham Golf Hotel (value: £65m, Stage C) and a private residential building adjoining the new Four Seasons Hotel in Baku (value: undisclosed, Stage E).

Prepare feasibility studies for pre-planning application advice and develop projects from Stage B to Tender documentation. Coordination of architectural and consultant drawings and specification writing. Skills developed include direct communication with clients, consultants and local government.

Architectural Assistant: Prepare Stage C presentation drawings for competition submissions and client meetings. Work within design teams to produce Stage D documentation.Winning Hotel and Resort competition entries: Montenegro, The Seychelles and Egypt. The largest of these was Porto Montenegro worth almost €200 million in final construction costs.
