Since finishing school and college i have been working in and around customer service. I have spent time in Logistics and Deliveries through The Bristol Port & Hotcha.I have worked for Centrica since February 2016 when i joined as an apprentice smart energy expert. I passed my apprentiship and took on further gas and electric qualification with 3 Phase and Medium pressure. I then became a coach helping support the local manager with the team, organising work & coaching engineers on the tools and supporting.I became a Manager in smart in August 2019 and have 4 years experience in Managing within utilities. I have had a range of teams from Gloucester, Bristol, Bath & Weston super mare. Each team i have taken charge of i have made sure i have engaged with the team and got everyone on board with the direction of the business. This in turn has seen my teams go from under performing to high performing teams with my direction.
