· Organizing a committee of volunteers to put together NJ’s largest Organic Agriculture conference.· Working with Rutgers University staff to ensure the conference needs are met.· Coordinating over 50 speakers to volunteer their time and expertise.· Adopting a new web-based CRM system to handle registration for attendees, speakers and vendors.
