Following the CEO's resignation, Motto's board asked me to assume the CEO role in July 2023. Within 2 months, I cut monthly burn by 65%, and reorganized the business to focus on our most impactful service. However, after evaluating all options and our cash position, we ultimately made the decision to wind the business down.

I led the day to day business operations for Motto (EPD, marketing, GTM, operations, data), partnering with our clinic to deliver transformative care to our patients. I continued to lead Product & Strategy.

I led product and strategy for Motto, a virtual specialty care clinic for patients with chronic inflammatory conditions. Motto is backed by Redesign Health.

I led a team of product managers for Connected Health experiences on Alexa. Our focus was on connecting Alexa customers with the their current and new healthcare providers via HIPAA-eligible Alexa 3P skills and first party Alexa Health experiences, such as Telehealth on Alexa. We built both the end user voice & screen interactions and the SDK and API components to allow Healthcare Providers and Insurers to connect with customers through Alexa.

As the second product hire for Alexa Health & Wellness, I led the creation of a HIPAA-eligible framework for Alexa experiences across Alexa's services. I proposed and built an Alexa 3P HIPAA-eligible skills program that allowed external healthcare developers to create their own Alexa skills for their patients and members.

As part of the Selling Coach team, I worked with machine learning experts and economists to develop personalized recommendations for Amazon Sellers to improve their performance on Amazon across pricing, selection, advertising, inventory, and fulfillment channels.

In my 10 week internship in Seller Services, I wrote the initial 6-pager PRFAQ for what would become Brand Central.
