I am a big-picture, people-oriented character. My education is in structural design, but I have a real passion for meeting people, getting to know who they are, and understanding how they connect to built space. In my thirteen years with the federal government, I have found that I need to be truly invested in why a project matters. Working for the US Army Corps of Engineers serves this desire well as I believe the Omaha District doesn't do anything that doesn't matter. Our civil missions on the massive Missouri River watershed, our complex and high profile military assignments, and our global reach for Fuels, Disaster Recovery, and Rapid Response all make my office an incredibly exciting, meaningful, and satisfying place to work. My new role as the Design Branch Workload Manager and COS Program Manager mean I am digging into more business lines than ever before.
