Graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering in 2014. For the past 7+ years have worked as an Automation engineer with some Dev Ops thrown in the mix. I believe that Dev Ops is an extension of Quality, and that you need to aim for the best possible experience for the user. I am passionate about helping teams and individuals reach their potential. I believe there is great value in evaluating team processes and experimenting with Kaizens to improve any areas of stagnation or concern. I aim for an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas, especially nowadays where remote work has made that harder (but not impossible) to achieve. I'm currently studying the Japanese Language, and I'm roughly at the JLPT N4 level. In Fall 2022, I took and passed the JLPT N4 certification level. My goal is to reach N3 level by the end of 2024.
