Responsible for leading the Quality Organization of the Turbine Airfoils Value Stream, which includes 7 remote manufacturing facilities. Direct leadership of site Quality Leaders and support staffs at each site, focus on talent development, technical expertise and organizational strategy. Closely partner with executive site leaders to deliver on specific site operational objectives. Responsible for regulatory compliance (including AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA oversight), systems compliance, delivered product quality, and operational / financial metrics. Manufacturing scope includes precision aerospace hardware manufactured through advanced machining and additive manufacturing.

Led a team to drive Global Fulfillment of material delivery from a vast network of internal and external suppliers to support a $700M+ operation. Partnered with internal operations to maximize output through constraints, engaged with supply base to prioritize resources and deliver solutions of limiting, critical hardware.

Led site operations of diverse teams across multiple business segments. Full ownership of safety, quality, delivery, and financials. Deliverables included - Delivering a new product introduction (NPI) of a new-make aerospace commodity that included obtaining FAA approval for the site. Drove delinquency from 6+ months to <2 weeks within first 6 months. Led team to get on schedule within additional 6 months and maintain zero delinquency, while delivering hardware with higher quality and less cost than previous source.-Partnering with advanced manufacturing teams to implement new, innovative manufacturing processes to align with lean manufacturing principles, driving process capability an single piece flow. - Leading a focused team in the areo-space FAR repair space, which included partnering with a diverse supply base to deliver hardware repair services and reduced turn-around-time for a $100M+ portfolio.- Driving organizational and operational transformation that included creating and driving operational mechanisms / rhythms while elevating the talent of the team, including mentoring, coaching & development of team members, strategic personnel turn-over, and recruiting targeted talent.

Led operations of a 3 shift, 120 person assembly operation with an annual output of $500M+. Included responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Partnered closely with customer teams to meet quick-turns and varied requirements. Additional program ownership of remote partner sites, MRP implementation, and designing / executing on a multi-year operational transformation that included securing a $40M budget and moving 500k sq ft of manufacturing space at full-rate production.

Process engineer with ownership of technical assembly operations and front-line hourly leadership for large commercial aircraft engines. Responsibilities included process engineering to address break/fix challenges as well as continuous improvement activities to drive productivity, delivery, and quality. Also responsible for overall operational ownership / leadership for a 50-person, 3 shift operation that included material input through finish engine shipment.

Successfully completed the GE Aviation Operations Management Leadership Program, which encompassed extensive operational and leadership training (including six-sigma greenbelt certification) along with intensive, multi-disciplined work rotations that included:-Front line supervision / cell leadership of a 3-shift, 20 person work cell.-Strategic sourcing and program management-Quality engineering at a manufacturing site of complex, precision aerospace hardware-Manufacturing / process engineering for complete engine assembly.
