Responsibilities included setup and deployment of critical systems to include Marine Expeditionary Force Intelligence Analysis Systems (MEF IAS), Intelligence Operations Server (IOS) and Imagery Product Library (IPL) in support of operations. Mr. Ingerman successfully maintained accountability and maintenance records of 2.2 million dollars of equipment constituting the MEF IAS. Mr. Ingerman was responsible for establishing and maintaining both Secure Internet Protocol Routed (SIPR) and Non-Secure Internet Protocol Routed (NIPR) web sites for timely dissemination of Intelligence Products in accordance with Commanders Intent. Mr. Ingerman was responsible for coordinating, designing and establishing communications architecture to support these valuable Intelligence Systems. His daily responsibilities include training, maintenance and trouble shooting of both software and hardware, and maintaining 100% accountability of these valuable Intelligence Systems. Additionally, Mr. Ingerman was assigned as Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) responsible for maintaining accountability of subordinate commands systems and assuring that they follow proper procedures and guidelines for these systems in accordance with 3rd Marine Division, Headquarters Marine Corp and Marine Corps Network Operations Center policies.

Mr. Ingerman was responsible for managing approximately 15 Marines in accordance with daily taskers and served as Admin Chief responsible for maintaining approx 1500 clearances throughout MAG-13. Successfully embarked and coordinated systems architecture for MAG-13 Intelligence equipment in support of numerous Combined Arms Exercises (CAX). Intelligence Chief / Systems Chief - VMA-311 (10/95 to 5/96 and 6/97 to 11/97)Mr. Ingerman was responsible for coordinating multifaceted intelligence requirements while assigned to the 15th and 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) during the time frames depicted above. During these time frames, responsibilities included embark and employment of required Intelligence equipment in support of joint operations while deployed in support of such operations as Operation Southern Watch (OSW).
