My name is Matthew Ingerman and I am currently an investment analyst on the capital markets team at industrial REIT First Industrial Realty Trust. At First Industrial, I assist with the underwriting of acquisitions, dispositions, and development of industrial buildings across the United States. In May of 2024, I received my BSBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. In the summer of 2023, I was an intern with the capital markets team at First Industrial Realty Trust. In the summer of 2022, I interned at commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman and Wakefield in Tel Aviv, Israel. At Cushman, I assisted in a market overview of the Tel Aviv central business district while helping in marketing and sustainability campaigns around the office. I have become proficient in Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise.
