• Providing product & subject matter experience to the Partnering Program, business divisions and Partners. Support the onshore business in the development of a strategy that will drive higher customer satisfaction results. • Support the transition leads through partner service order agreements, due diligence and knowledge transfer stages, with the expectations to remove operational blockages that are identified throughout each transition. • Support transition managers to understand business issues and opportunities to improve decision making effectiveness• Produce and / or receive and analyse regular business reporting and analysis for key stakeholders• Undertake ad hoc analysis and modelling as required to support business initiatives• Identify continuous improvement opportunities whilst monitoring efficiency and work practices, and modify procedures to provide a more efficient and effective analytics service to the transition teams• Support specific governance forums to provide subject matter advice. Additionally provide content for relevant governance packs and collaborate with peers and broader team.• Explore and embedding continuous improvement opportunities using lean/six sigma methodologies (or similar) with a strong quality assurance focus.• Support a strong risk management culture

• Providing support to the transition management team that will facilitate effective, well-managed transitions. • Maintain project plans and scheduling that provides visibility of activity, dependencies and reporting. • Support the Transition Manager in preparing program reporting and co-ordination of transition business forums, team meetings, leads meetings etc• Use project management tools (Jira, Lean-Kit, MS Project) to track and monitor tasks.• Support the risks & issues analyst in working with Transition Manager to manage delivery risks, and escalating risks when required. • Support the team through each Transition tollgate and provide administration assistance where required.• Provide Off Shore IT support where and when required• Create beneficial tools to support day to day role• Provide support to Off Shore SMEs• Provide support and resources to SMEs preparing to go Off Shore• Ensure that necessary telephony and IT hardware devices are available for SMEs

• Manage my own portfolio of recoveries • Process motor vehicle recoveries from start to finish• Providing complex information/reports to all levels• Meeting agreed SLAs and ensuring their needs are fully met. • Maximising recovery of repair costs, vehicle total losses, demurrage and uninsured loss from at-fault Third Party Insurers or uninsured Third Parties; ensuring costs are settled in a timely manner• Assessing initial and monitoring on-going instalment plans; ensuring that there is no breach of instalment agreement• Reduce writing off delinquent accounts; assess financial positions and negotiating optimum recovery results• Conducting checks for Third Parties to secure payment• Working closely with debt collection agencies to maximise recoveries• Establish repayment schedules based on uninsured third parties financial situations at the same time not compromising our recovery rate• Resolving liability disputes; negotiating with third parties• Maintain good relationship with brokers/clients at all times• Meet team recovery target• Ability to read and analyse complex reports (Forensic Engineer, coroner etc) and prepare documents.• Liaising with various States/Offices to obtain info• Building relationships with Claims staff, Assessors, Area Managers to achieve outcomes for clients• Being available to assist other stakeholders in regards to training• Share knowledge • Conduct complex investigations through various information sources• Being involved in Projects outside of the Department (telephony, training) and being available for required testing
