Program Director for True Chesapeake & True Howard County Lacrosse Club

I am the head coach for the True Philly 2024 club/travel team. I started this position at the end of Summer 2021 when the program was officially launch and have been with them since their inception.I am also the Recruiting Coordinator for all of the high school teams/recruitable aged student-athletes within the True Philly organization as a whole. With this position I help student-athletes and their families with their personal recruiting process as well as hosting multiple broad recruiting process seminars and presentations through out the year.

As Head Coach of the Men's Lacrosse Program, I oversee all day to day operations for our program. I am in charge of recruitment and retention of student-athletes, monitoring all academic progress and helping with interventions when needed, as well as all game and practice scheduling throughout each academic year. As the Manager of Athletic Facilities, I oversee all day to day aspects of our athletic facilities in terms of planning and maintenance. I am the main contact for any scheduling of practices and games as well as rentals from outside requests. I also partake in all upkeep and project planning for upgrades and maintenance from our in house facilities team.As the Athletics Admissions Liaison, I operate as the middle man for both departments. When working with our coaches, I assist with recruiting plans and techniques as well as managing different record/note keeping techniques. When working with the admissions department, I am their main communication point with our coaches in terms of sharing updated numbers and different event details. As an adjunct professor on campus, I have taught several courses through our physical education department as well as three courses through our sports management department; Sports Marketing, Introduction to Sports Management, and Athletic Event and Facility Management.
