I have 20 years of sales and operations experience with many transferable soft skills that I was able to develop and utilize from my first career in the O&G industry which has enabled me to successfully transition into the field of procurement and the construction industry over the past 2 years. I am currently the Procurement Manager at Quality Street Equipment & Materials, which is the procurement arm for NexGen Contracting, the self-perform subsidiary of Gray Construction, a leading design-build firm in the U.S. I am passionate about delivering quality, efficiency, and value to our stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. As the Procurement Manager for QSEM, I am responsible for the purchasing and strategic sourcing of construction materials and consumables across all four of NexGen's self-perform divisions, as well as managing supplier relationships, and aligning our goals and initiatives for each division with the corporate procurement goals and initiatives of both Gray and NexGen.
