About Matt Kinson
I've been working in the automotive industry in one form or another for most of my career. I've gotten to drive high end luxury cars, and cars that where headed for the crusher, as well as everything in between. I've take a LOT of pictures of cars in that time too. I enjoy staying busy, I credit that to my father and my time in The Boy Scouts. It seems like a lifetime ago but the lessons learned as a scout and as a paid camp staffer still show up almost daily in my personal and professional life. If you're early, then you're never late, Be Prepared, that sort of thing. The fact that everyone in a company or organization needs to be a leader in their own right. If you arrive first to an event, or even an emergency... Guess what? You're in charge and need to make decisions right away. Hopefully you have the training to do so. I love being part of organizations that recognize that, encourage it, and prepare people for it with education and instruction
