For this startup of 15 EEs, designed and ran the entire services department including customer implementation, support, and sales support. Engaged and built relationships with key customers. Regularly presented to Board and VCs.

Recruited to support and scale the team responsible for the implementation of UKG Ready product delivery resources. Managed 30 employees including Project Managers, Application Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, and Integration Consultants. Was the Executive Sponsor for large customer accounts; traveled onsite to maintain customer relationships.
