My primary role revolved around creating, maintaining, and evolving all operations for Fortnite competition, including the Fortnite World Cup and FNCS.

As a Journey to Excellence specialist, I worked closely with the administrative team at each of our 9 hospitals. I actively participated and lead various projects involving process improvement, patient discharges, leadership evaluation, and improving the overall patient experience. I also was the chief system administrator for the patient discharge call system, the leadership evaluation tool, and the data reporting software systems for patient satisfaction and employee exit surveys.I quickly became an expert with Covenant's data reporting software, and taught software workshops for various managers and executives within the health system. I also developed custom reporting for these leaders to ensure that they have all the information at their fingertips in an easily understandable format. Prior to leaving, I lead the system-wide transition to a new data reporting software from a new vendor.Additionally, I traveled to each Covenant facility to perform site visits to ensure that employees and managers followed the evidence-based, LEAN thinking principles (our Journey to Excellence). I worked to coach and mentor staff on site, while also providing critical feedback. I developed and maintained an elaborate system workbook for managers in order to increase accountability, productivity, and compliance to Covenant Health's patient-centered objectives. I also assisted with establishing a patient family advisory council at each facility to ensure the community's voice is heard and external ideas are successfully implemented into each hospital.Finally, I worked closely with Marketing and PR to plan our internal quarterly leadership development events. These events allowed our managers and leaders to network, share best practices, and communicate the organization's status and goals to every single leader in Covenant Health. I coordinated this event for over 500 attendees quarterly.
